Adam founded Copper Beech Wealth Management in 2022 with a clear vision: to build an independent, fee-only firm where clients receive genuinely objective financial guidance, and where every decision is made in their best interest, full stop.

His path to founding Copper Beech spans more than two decades in financial services. Adam began his career in 2003 and spent seven formative years at Fidelity Investments, where he developed deep expertise in retirement planning and investment management. He went on to spend the next decade at two independent RIA firms, refining his philosophy and building the kind of client relationships that ultimately inspired him to build something of his own.

That experience shapes everything about how Copper Beech is built. Adam designed the firm from the ground up to serve clients the way he always believed they deserved to be served: with advanced planning expertise, a fiduciary commitment, and a team structure that ensures every client gets the attention and depth their financial life requires. His own credentials, including the CFP®, CPWA®, and CIMA® designations, reflect the same standard of excellence he holds the entire firm to.

As Founder and Owner, Adam remains the guiding force behind Copper Beech's values, client experience, and long-term direction. He is deeply invested in the firm's growth and in the outcomes clients achieve, because for Adam, building Copper Beech was never just a business decision. It was a commitment to doing this work the right way.

A Worcester native and Assumption College graduate, Adam is inspired daily by his two daughters and the responsibility of leading by example, as a father and as a business owner. Outside of work, he brings the same calm demeanor, sense of humor, and creative energy to everything he does.
